Routine Inspections And Condition Reports
Detailed entry and exit condition reports are taken to assess the condition of the property at the beginning and end of a lease to protect property owners from any damage which may be caused over the duration of a tenancy.
Routine Inspections are held quarterly to ensure your property is being maintained by the tenants. We will provide detailed reports after each inspection.
The property managers at Clark Real Estate are committed to the highest standards of professional practice. All business is conducted in full compliance with the Code of Ethics and Rules of Practice of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland, The Residential Tenancy Act, and the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act.
The enforcement of the “Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act” June, 2009 put greater responsibility and requirements for compliance on the owner and its property manager.
