Mario Lattanzi


A salesperson with Clark Real Estate since 2001, Mario has distinguished himself as an Agent with an acute and dedicated knowledge of buying and selling Real Estate within the inner-North Brisbane area. His passion for Real Estate and leadership persuaded him to acquire ownership of the business in 2008 with his wife Annette. Together they have continued the family tradition and cemented Clark Real Estate as the preferred agency of choice for property owners by creating opportunities for their clients and staff to reach their goals and dreams.

Annette Lattanzi

Administration Manager

Annette capitalises on her broad range of skills and experience to progress our 20 year strong family business, created by her parents John & Ruth Clark. With 15 years legal experience and 10 years office management and ownership experience, she is well equipped to avidly steer our whole team. And her one desire and that of our team is to ensure your experience with Clark Real Estate, no matter who you are, is professional and true to our core company values to be Fair, Honest, Sensitive and Competent.

Jordan Cleland

Sales Person

Jordan originally worked for Clark Real Estate from 2000 – 2003, only leaving to explore and work overseas. He remained in close contact with Clark, continually referring friends and family looking to sell. Jordan has a fine eye for detail that reflects his landscaping background. His integrity, persistence and courtesy ensure he receives many positive reviews and repeat customers looking for an honest approach to buying and selling.

Before joining the Clark team, Nathan worked as a chef for 7 years alongside numerous high calibre chefs. Nathan dedicates his efforts to helping and supporting others in both his personal and professional endeavours. Deborah Byrn

Customer Care Manager

Having spent more than a decade in commercial and retail property management, it is Deborah’s passion for providing great customer service and love of working with people that prompted a change to residential real estate where she can liaise with the locals and care for the newcomers to our community. As the Customer Care Manager, Deborah works with all of our Clark Real Estate clients ensuring our high customer service levels are maintained at all times. In her spare time, Deborah enjoys spending time with her family and is known for baking lots of delicious treats.

    Melinda Nizeti

    Operations Manager

    Melinda has a wealth of experience spanning over 18 years in real estate within the property management sector, prior to joining Clark Real Estate, she was Operations Manager / Team Leader for a large Real Estate business overseeing the management of approximately 3000 properties.

    Being involved with such a large business gave Melinda strong management and leadership skills, her main focus was strategic planning within the business, staff recruitment, setting and managing KPI’s, along with mentoring and training the staff. Melinda developed skills in keeping motivation levels high, even in difficult and trying times.

    Being able to deliver a high level of service to all clients is paramount in this industry and is the driving force behind Melinda’s success. Every client and every client’s situation is unique and Melinda’s focus is to make sure that our service reflects that individual focus.

    Senior Property Manager

    Christine started working in property management in 2013 and since then has run her own portfolio as well as supervised a team. She strives to meet and exceed expectations and takes pride in her excelled communication, professionalism, integrity and consistency. Christine’s honesty and straight forward communication means your property is in the best hands.

    Christine sees property management as a long term career and is always looking at ways to improve her skills and service to offer the best possible service.

    Leasing Manager

    Having been born and raised on the Western Plains of NSW, Dean brings his country values to our Property Managment Team. He believes that making a difference in peoples lives is a motivator and the best vehicle to making your own life the best it can be. He comes from an Environmental Science background and ran his own business for years after a stint in Event Management. He is passionate about photography and travel and has ambitions to stand on every continent on Earth, with only Africa and Antarctica left to tick. He also enjoys snorkeling, fishing, bushwalking and simply sitting around a campfire with a cold beverage in hand.

    Ashley Kennedy

    Junior Property Manager

    With 9 years of retail experience and 3 years in Property Management, Ashley has a wealth of Customer Service experience behind her. She has worked in may different aspects of property management which gives her the knowledge and understanding of both tenants and owners throughout the leasing and tenancy process. Her passion and strive is to provide exceptional customer service to everyone, whether that being the voice on the other end of the phone or the friendly face when you walk into the office. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her dogs, catching up with friends and exploring new and exciting and spots hidden around the city.

      Emilia D’Agostino

      Sales Assistant

      Emilia has excelled in photography and her professional level pictures showing a fine eye for detail can be seen in nearly every sale advertisement placed on our internet sites.
      She is also the “go to girl” when quick computer skills are required within the whole team at Clark Real Estate. Em’s youthful nature provides an optimistic and cheerful addition to the Customer Care Team.
      In her spare time Emilia likes to dance, skate or train her two cockatiels Annabelle & Ezzy.

      Communications Manager

      Jane brings a wealth of experience from PR, Recruitment and previous real estate roles. She prides herself on her passion for work and always ensures she acts with integrity. Going the extra mile , you will find Jane leaves a lasting impression. When not at work or spending time with her family, her favourite pastimes include walking and relaxing at the beach. A lover of Sunday brunch, Jane can be found enjoying new taste sensations at local and iconic breakfast locations which Brisbane has become famous for.

      Tsarie Duthie


      Tsarie is the Saturday receptionist at Clark Real Estate. She enjoys liaising between clients and staff, and making each interaction a pleasant one. She works during the week as a support worker for children with disabilities and their families, and she is studying Writing, Editing and Publishing at university. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, ballet and reading.

        Ebonee Kotsaris


        After spending many years pursuing her passion for travel, Ebonee returned to Australia in 2014 to study a bachelor of Photography. She completed her degree in 2017 with a major in Documentary Practice and Photojournalism earning both a distinction as well as the Griffith University 2017 award for academic excellence. With her can do attitude, ability to multitask and high attention to detail Ebonee works behind the scenes to support the day-to-day operation of Clark Real Estate’s sales team.  This is a role perfectly suited to Ebonee, as the variety of tasks required constantly provide her with new challenges to overcome.
