A salesperson with Clark Real Estate since 2001, Mario has distinguished himself as an Agent with an acute and dedicated knowledge of buying and selling Real Estate within the inner-North Brisbane area. His passion for Real Estate and leadership persuaded him to acquire ownership of the business in 2008 with his wife Annette. Together they have continued the family tradition and cemented Clark Real Estate as the preferred agency of choice for property owners by creating opportunities for their clients and staff to reach their goals and dreams.

Annette Clark-Lattanzi

Operations Manager

Annette capitalises on her broad range of skills and experience to progress our 20 year strong family business, created by her parents John & Ruth Clark. With 15 years legal experience and 10 years office management and ownership experience, she is well equipped to avidly steer our whole team. And her one desire and that of our team is to ensure your experience with Clark Real Estate, no matter who you are, is professional and true to our core company values to be Fair, Honest, Sensitive and Competent.

Jordan Cleland

Sales Person

Jordan originally worked for Clark Real Estate from 2000 – 2003, only leaving to explore and work overseas. He remained in close contact with Clark, continually referring friends and family looking to sell. Jordan has a fine eye for detail that reflects his landscaping background. His integrity, persistence and courtesy ensure he receives many positive reviews and repeat customers looking for an honest approach to buying and selling.

Ethan Varfis

Sales Person

Ethan Varfis, a dedicated member of the Clark Real Estate team, brings a passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the South East Queensland market. Having studied political science with the intention of relocating to Canberra, Ethan’s love for the region kept him rooted, choosing to contribute to its thriving real estate industry. With Clark as his sole professional experience, Ethan is committed to a long-term career with the company. He is an avid NRL enthusiast and has called inner Brisbane home for over 12 years, fostering a strong connection to the local community and a comprehensive knowledge of the area’s unique property landscape.

      David Bounds, is a dedicated member of the Clark Real Estate team.  With 19 years of prior experience in managing and coaching sales and sporting teams.  David brings a strong, driven and personable attitude to his everyday business and life.

      With a passion for real estate and a strong focus for networking and customer service. David enjoys nothing better than assisting his sellers and buyers to achieve their goals and dreams and bring smiles to faces to them and their loved ones.

        With over six years in property law, Georgia is dedicated to delivering exceptional service at Clark Real Estate. Originally from the UK, she explores her new home in South East Queensland, infusing a personal touch into her understanding of the local real estate scene. Outside of work, Georgia enjoys discovering what South East Queensland has to offer with her husband.

        With eight years of experience in customer focused roles, Jaydene excels at making memorable impressions. Originally from Mackay, Jaydene moved to Brisbane in December and has embraced urban life. Jaydene has a deep love for all animals, but especially her cat Miffy. An Italian food enthusiast, Jaydene enjoys going out and socializing on weekends. Jaydene’s vibrant personality and passion for connecting with others make her a valuable part of our team.

        Melanie has been in Brisbane since she moved from Sydney in 2017 and has since bought her own home and planted roots in the area. Having been in real estate since 2014, Melanie loves the industry and always provides the best possible customer service to sellers and buyers. In her free time, she is a passionate cook who likes to create meals for her family and friends.

          Lauren has over 15 years of administrative/HR experience in various industries. Lauren is driven in not only her career but also her personal life – a multi-business owner and investment property owner. In her free time, Lauren loves baking and spending quality time with her husband and two young daughters.

            Hugo Lattanzi

            Administration Support

            After studying in Western Australia for a year, Hugo has come back to his home town of Brisbane to work in the family business. Hugo spends his days at Clark supporting the administration team by sending off contracts, putting up sold slashes and taking photos of properties, as well as being our Saturday receptionist. Hugo has a passion for anything Martial arts and loves gaming in his spare time.
