  • All attendees of open homes must have identification recorded prior to entry
  • Open homes are the simplest and easiest way for agents to handle buyer enquiry
  • Agents must be able to identify genuine buyers from non-buyers, lookers and sticky beaks

Inspection by Appointment

  • A property should be available for inspection at any time that suits the buyer
  • Sellers should insist an agent has confirmed any potential buyer is genuine, that they have the buyer’s contact details and that the agent has sufficient time to sell the property
