Omg where do l start 10years later. In fact l think l have a foundation land lord membership as they were the new kids on the Bris Vegas real estate circuit when l signed up. As a land lord l know the there are always two sides to the rental story - mine was disillusion and paying for real estates talking the talk and not following through with process for example my clawfoot bath being burnt yes burnt with hot water. Anyways at this stage l had nothing to lose going with the new kids on the block.
