Tenants - Helping you Rent

Clark Real Estate can help find the right rental property. Our extensive knowledge of the local area and vast range of properties will allow you to make finding your new rental as smooth as possible. The team at Clark Real Estate will help you find the home you want in a price range you can afford.

Viewing a Property
In order to view a property, please email the Property Management Department at rentals@clarkrealty.com.au, or phone our office on 07 3256 1600 to register your details. We will then inform you of any set inspection times, or arrange for a private viewing.

Making an Application
Application forms can be downloaded from our website by clicking the link below. Alternately, our property manager will have forms available at all inspections. It is office policy that all parties must inspect the property prior to placing an application.

To lodge an application, please email copies of the application form and all associated documents to rentals@clarkrealty.com.au or bring these into the office. Please note, failure to provide all necessary documents will result in delays to the application process.

Repair Form
At Clark Real Estate we understand that maintenance and repairs are required from time to time. We ask that you keep us up to date and informed of any repairs which may be required. In order to do this, you will need to notify us in by writing filling out a Repair Request Form located below and emailing it to rentals@clarkrealty.com.au or bringing it into the office.
