Tenant Selection
In order to best protect your property, we are highly selective and thorough in our tenant application process. We verify all information provided to us by any applicant for your property and also carry out a search of the Tenancy Information Centre of Australia (TICA). Once we have confirmed this information, we discuss the tenant's suitability with your in order to choose the best applicant.


Maintenance
We provide day to day handling of the maintenance of your property with clear documentation provided to you when required. Our property managers will arrange quotes for any work required as well as the coordination of tradespeople entering your property to carry out work.

We are up to date with current smoke alarm legislation and are pro-active in ensuring requirements are always met by utilising and engaging with professional consultants in this matter. At Clark Real Estate, we always use professional, licensed tradespeople.


Routine Inspections And Condition Reports
Detailed entry and exit condition reports are taken to assess the condition of the property at the beginning and end of a lease to protect property owners from any damage which may be caused over the duration of a tenancy.

Routine Inspections are held quarterly to ensure your property is being maintained by the tenants. We will provide detailed reports after each inspection.
