We verify all information provided to us by any applicant for your property and also carry out a search of the Tenancy Information Centre of Australia (TICA). Detailed entry and exit condition reports are taken to assess the condition of the property at the beginning and end of a lease to protect property owners from any damage which may be caused over the duration of a tenancy.Routine Inspections are held quarterly to ensure your property is being maintained by the tenants.
