At Clark Real Estate we are always recruiting. To attract winning salespeople we provide a base salary
program of $77,000. Our generous bonuses are based on sales performance and you can expect to earn at
least $120,000 per year in personal income with many people achieving well over $200,000 pa.
Intensive Training Provided
Our office prefers people without real estate experience. We will train you in all areas of real estate,
from the basics to the most advanced techniques. People who have the following qualities are strongly
encouraged to apply:

The Hours
You must be prepared to invest many hours into your new career, particularly in the early stages.
Although we focus on results rather than hours worked, an enormous amount of dedication is required. |
Weekends
A large amount of real estate activity is created for weekends. You will be required to work weekends,
especially in the early months. |
Family Support
The real estate industry can be very demanding. Family bonds need to be very strong and you will need the full
support of your family to endure the pressures associated with this career. |
Your Image
Many real estate agents suffer from a poor public image. You will need to separate yourself from this perception
and earn respect from the local community. |
Selling
In real estate, the sale is not so much when someone buys the property, but when a person grants you the right to
represent them as their agent for the sale of their property. What you sell is actually yourself. The sellers are
your clients and their interests are the most important. Your success will not only be measured by your income,
but also the praise you receive from happy clients. |
Recruiting Process
Our recruitment process is very thorough. In order to work for Clark Real Estate, you
will need to work through the following:

| Sit a comprehensive theory examination. |
| If your results are adequate, then you will take part in a four day practical assessment. |
This process can take up to three months in order to provide you with the best chance of succeeding in this career.
