An exciting new era of prosperity is emerging as a result of the acquisition of the business by Mario and Annette Lattanzi in 2008. Clark Real Estate has a clear growth plan which requires the ongoing recruitment of passionate, driven staff members for its expansion into new segments.

Acquiring an established family business with a solid standing in the community has provided an excellent growth platform. In fact, Clark Real Estate has been servicing the inner northern real estate market since 1994.

The business was originally established in Buckland Rd, Nundah by Annette’s parents, Ruth and John Clark as Clark First National. In 1998, the business moved to its current premises on the corner of Junction Rd and Sandgate Rd Clayfield and established itself as an independent real estate office. It also joined the Jenman system, which is now known as Pittard Training Group.

Mario Lattanzi Principal A salesperson with Clark Real Estate since 2001, Mario has distinguished himself as an Agent with an acute and dedicated knowledge of buying and selling Real Estate within the inner-North Brisbane area. His passion for Real Estate and leadership persuaded him to take ownership of the business in 2008. His focus is to now grow the business with the best team and establish it as the preferred agency of choice for property owners by creating opportunities for his clients and staff to reach their goals and dreams.

Derek Matthews Salesperson Derek has been with Clark Real Estate since 2008. His responsibilities include finding new listings and assisting buyers to find properties that meet their individual needs. Derek's outgoing and friendly personality makes him a favourite with all our clients.

Rory Ferguson Salesperson Rory has been with Clark Real Estate for five years. With his extensive background in finance and marketing, including a marketing degree from QUT, Rory has a strong understanding of all aspects of real estate with strong communication skills. Rory's hard work led him to earn a Gold Badge in July of 2008 through the Pittard Training Group awarding him for exception levels in sales and customer service. Rory's clients find his dedicated work ethic, determination and honest manner to be a calm and refreshing experience.

Edwina Gilbert Senior Property Manager With years of property management experience and a strong association with Clark Real Estate, Edwina is a modern team leader with a focus on client care and proactive solutions. Edwina is committed to developing strong business relationships with all her clients by providing an exceptional standard of customer service. Experienced and with a keen eye for detail, she enjoys the diversity property management offers.

Ameeta Kumar Administration Controller Ameeta has been the Administration Controller for Clark Real Estate since 2007 although she has worked in the real estate industry since 2005. Her responsibilities include the day to day running of the office including management of administration staff, acting as a contact point for solicitors, office accounting, and handling contracts for the sales team.

Kyrra Wade Sales Assistant / Receptionist Kyrra is the newest member of our team at Clark Real Estate joining the office in 2009. She has a background in child care although she has also worked in event management, retail, and hospitality. Kyrra is a vital link in ensuring many tasks around the office are completed as well as attending inspections, valuations, and taking spectacular photographs of properties.
