An exciting new era of prosperity is emerging as a result of the acquisition of the business by Mario and Annette Lattanzi in 2008. Clark Real Estate has a clear growth plan which requires the ongoing recruitment of passionate, driven staff members for its expansion into new segments.

Acquiring an established family business with a solid standing in the community has provided an excellent growth platform. In fact, Clark Real Estate has been servicing the inner northern real estate market since 1994.

The business was originally established in Buckland Rd, Nundah by Annette’s parents, Ruth and John Clark as Clark First National. In 1998, the business moved to its current premises on the corner of Junction Rd and Sandgate Rd Clayfield and established itself as an independent real estate office. It also joined the Jenman system, which is now known as Pittard Training Group.

Mario Lattanzi Principal A salesperson with Clark Real Estate since 2001, Mario has distinguished himself as an Agent with an acute and dedicated knowledge of buying and selling Real Estate within the inner-North Brisbane area. His passion for Real Estate and leadership persuaded him to take ownership of the business in 2008. His focus is to now grow the business with the best team and establish it as the preferred agency of choice for property owners by creating opportunities for his clients and staff to reach their goals and dreams.

Edwina Gilbert Senior Property Manager With years of property management experience and a strong association with Clark Real Estate, Edwina is a modern team leader with a focus on client care and proactive solutions. Edwina is committed to developing strong business relationships with all her clients by providing an exceptional standard of customer service. Experienced and with a keen eye for detail, she enjoys the diversity property management offers.

Kyrra Wade Sales Assistant / Receptionist Kyrra joined our team in 2009 with a background in event management, retail, hospitality and education. Kyrra is a vital link in ensuring your property transactions with us run smoothly and seamlessly. Having recently completed her registration course, her skills and experience continue to grow to assist both our sales and property management divisions.

Anita Fisher Administration Controller Anita has joined the organisation as the company's Administration Controller. Her career background covers administration and bookkeeping ranging from industries such as construction, health and manufacturing. Her role with Clark Real Estate is l administration support and financial book keeping and assisting the Principal with a multitude of management tasks.

Annette Lattanzi Administration and Risk Management Annette Lattanzi lends her extensive legal and commercial background to our agency in an Administration and Risk Management role to ensure our service is second to none. She strives to foster the values of the company in every aspect of our product and to push the company forward with continual improvement and innovative thinking so you receive a seamless and satisfying experience when you deal with our office.

Jordan Cleland Salesperson Originally working for Clark Real Estate from 2000 - 2003, Jordan left us to work overseas but remained in close contact with the company, continually referring friends and family looking to sell. With an additional landscaping background, he has a keen eye for detail and brings a practical hands on approch to the Sales team. His integrity, persistance and courtesy make it easy for clients to trust his advice.
